Commission is paid excluding VAT and P&P on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied. Goods returned within the 30 day returns period will not receive a commission payment.
Occasionally, we will negotiate lower costs to customers in order to secure business. In the event of this, your commission will be unaffected.
BusinessMobiles.com operates within the UK only. We will not accept or award commission on any orders outside of this region.

Refunds & Returns:
We’re unable to pay commission on orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded.
All customers are covered by our 7-day price guarantee; this entitles them to a full refund or price match within 7 days of starting their contract - provided they find a better price for the same package somewhere else within this period.
If a customer fails to submit a refund request within this period, they may still be given a refund should they submit a valid reason (BM holds the rights to decision, see our site T&Cs for more). In case of a refund/chargeback, the affiliate will not be entitled to the commission for that particular sale. If we have already paid the relevant commission to an Affiliate, we reserve the right to deduct that amount from our next payment.
